Disconnecting power cords from DVD Drive?

I am removing a DVD drive from my computer. I already know how to open the Computer cover and drive panel. I disconnected the IDE too. Now All I need to do is disconnect the 4 prong power cord. The problem is, it won’t come out, no matter how hard I pull. How do I get the power cord to a DVD Drive to come out. (If it matters, I am using a Dell E310)

You may have to move molex connector sideways just a bit to loosen it while pulling it out. Works for me all the time.
