New Emachine Computer has a pop up that stops me from browsing?

I just bought a emachine computer. When i am on websites a box pops up that says Generic Host Process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close. I was told by my internet service i have to get in touch with emachine does anyone know a number i can call them at. It wont stay connected long enough for me to even go to that website and chat with a person.
how do i get to these places

yea go to admin services and disable pop up window maybe. The service?? I think
