Ask for no-glare to be put on my prescription eyeglasses. How do I know they did it?

How can you tell. The Computer Screen seems almost too bright, like maybe it’s caused by glare.

if you look at the lens with your glasses off, anti-reflection coatings usually have a blue or green hue to them when you look at the reflection of a light source in the lens.
