My eyes get tired from computer monitor what to do?

I have to work with the computer a lot but after few hours in front of monitor my eyes are getting tired and I got sort of dull pain behind my eyes. My vision is OK, no glassess and I don’t have any other problems with my eyes. What do you do when your eyes get tired?

Visine? Aspirin with caffeine… two birds with one stone.
