Itunes music problem help!!!!!!!!!!?

i have an ipod touch 1st generation my computer crashed and everything on it was lost (itunes) i have everything i need on my ipod but when i re-downloaded itunes 10 but my libaray was lost i need a good free way to get everything back on it (i would like that to include apps to but that not important i can do that manually im not that good with computers so a tutorial would be nice but not nessisary thank please reply soon.
