Web camera selection on Live messenger?

I am using lenevo x200 with Vista operating system. I have inbuilt camera in my computer and also I have another camera in my samsung monitor. Both camera are working perfectly. Now my problem is that when I am trying to use camera in live messenger always messenger is using computer camera not camera from monitor and I didn’t find idea that to choose from monitor.
In my skype there is option to choose camera which i want to use and working. So, could you anyone please help with this.
