I just bought a Hp computer with a HDMI monitor?

I just bought a Hp computer with a HDMI monitor but the computer doesn’t have HDMI conection and the screen looks weird, what do i need to buy so i can have high definition????

Im sorry but you are KINDA screwed. If you computer has a DVI connection you could buy a HDMI to DVI adapter ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812337036 ) but you wouldn’t get the best possible picture quality. Your other options would be replacing your motherboard with one that has an HDMI connection. If you choose the latter option make sure that you get one compatible with your system.
